Article R123-256 of the French Commercial code

As an exception to Articles R. 123-252 to R. 123-254, when a commercial company whose registered office is located abroad is subject to the legislation of another Member State of the European Union or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and takes one of the legal forms listed in Annex 1-3 to this book, only the information provided for in 1°, 2°, 7°, of Article R. 123-252 and article R. 123-253, as well as the place and number of registration of this company in a public register.

Par exception aux articles R. 123-252 à R. 123-254, lorsqu’une société commerciale dont le siège est situé à l’étranger est soumise à la législation d’un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen et revêt une des formes juridiques dont la liste figure en annexe 1-3 au présent livre, sont seuls déclarés les informations prévues aux 1°, 2°, 7°, de l’article R. 123-252 et à l’article R. 123-253, ainsi que le lieu et le numéro d’immatriculation de cette société sur un registre public.
