Article R123-270 of the French Commercial code

Validation of the entries of information and filings of documents provided for in Article L. 123-41, as well as the checks provided for in Article L. 123-42, are carried out by the registrar of the competent commercial court or judicial court ruling on commercial matters:

1° With regard to the register of commerce and companies, in application of articles R. 123-32, R. 123-35, R. 123-41, R. 123-43, R. 123-51, R. 123-75, R. 123-102 and R. 123-112;

2° With regard to the special register of commercial agents, in application of article R. 134-6;

3° With regard to the special register of sole proprietorships with limited liability, pursuant to Article R. 526-15.

Article R123-270

La validation des inscriptions d’informations et des dépôts de pièces prévus à l’article L. 123-41, ainsi que les contrôles prévus à l’article L. 123-42, sont réalisés par le greffier du tribunal de commerce ou du tribunal judiciaire statuant en matière commerciale compétent :

1° En matière de registre du commerce et des sociétés, en application des articles R. 123-32, R. 123-35, R. 123-41, R. 123-43, R. 123-51, R. 123-75, R. 123-102 et R. 123-112 ;

2° En matière de registre spécial des agents commerciaux, en application de l’article R. 134-6 ;

3° En matière de registre spécial des entreprises individuelles à responsabilité limitée, en application de l’article R. 526-15.
