Article R123-273 of the French Commercial code

The information and documents, for which validation of registration or filing in the National Register of Companies is provided for in Article L. 123-41, are sent to the clerk of the commercial court or of the judicial court ruling in commercial matters at the same time as the application for registration, amending registration, deletion or filing in the Trade and Companies Register, in the Special Register of Commercial Agents or in the Special Register of Sole Proprietorships with Limited Liability.

Validation of an entry or filing by the clerk of the commercial court or of the judicial court ruling in commercial matters of a person referred to in 1° or 2° of Article L. 123-36 or entered in the special register of sole proprietorships with limited liability entails mention, in the National Register of Companies, of the register held by the clerk with whom the person is entered.

Les informations et pièces, dont la validation de l’inscription ou du dépôt au Registre national des entreprises est prévue à l’article L. 123-41, sont transmises au greffier du tribunal de commerce ou du tribunal judiciaire statuant en matière commerciale concomitamment à la demande d’immatriculation, d’inscription modificative, de radiation ou de dépôt au registre du commerce et des sociétés, au registre spécial des agents commerciaux ou au registre spécial des entreprises individuelles à responsabilité limitée.

La validation d’une inscription ou d’un dépôt par le greffier du tribunal de commerce ou du tribunal judiciaire statuant en matière commerciale d’une personne visée au 1° ou au 2° de l’article L. 123-36 ou inscrite au registre spécial des entreprises individuelles à responsabilité limitée entraîne la mention, au Registre national des entreprises, du registre tenu par le greffier auprès duquel la personne est inscrite.
