The checks of the conditions necessary for access to and the exercise of his activity carried out by the registrar of the competent commercial court or court adjudicating in commercial matters are those provided for by the provisions relating to the register of commerce and companies, the special register of commercial agents or the special register of sole proprietorships with limited liability.

Les contrôles des conditions nécessaires à l’accès à son activité et à l’exercice de celle-ci auxquels procède le greffier du tribunal de commerce ou du tribunal judiciaire statuant en matière commerciale compétent sont ceux prévus par les dispositions relatives au registre du commerce et des sociétés, au registre spécial des agents commerciaux ou au registre spécial des entreprises individuelles à responsabilité limitée.
