Article R123-275 of the French Commercial code

Refusal to register a legal entity in the Trade and Companies Register entails refusal to register it in the National Register of Companies.

Refusal to register a natural person in the Trade and Companies Register or in the Special Register of Commercial Agents entails refusal to register in the National Register of Companies, unless the natural person has declared an activity that is not covered by one of these registers and the exercise of which is not prevented by a measure mentioned in the third paragraph of Article L. 128-1.

Le refus d’immatriculation d’une personne morale au registre du commerce et des sociétés emporte refus d’immatriculation au Registre national des entreprises.


Le refus d’immatriculation d’une personne physique au registre du commerce et des sociétés ou au registre spécial des agents commerciaux emporte refus d’immatriculation au Registre national des entreprises, sauf si la personne physique a déclaré une activité ne relevant pas d’un de ces registres et dont l’exercice n’est pas empêché par une mesure mentionnée au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 128-1.
