The clerk of the commercial court or of the judicial court ruling in commercial matters validates the following information and documents:

1° For natural persons, those mentioned in articles R. 123-243 to R. 123-245, in 1° and 3° of article R. 123-246 and in articles R. 123-247 to R. 123-251;

2° For legal entities, those mentioned in articles R. 123-252 to R. 123-258, 1°, 3° and 4° of article R. 123-259 and articles R. 123-260 to R. 123-266.

Le greffier du tribunal de commerce ou du tribunal judiciaire statuant en matière commerciale procède à la validation des informations et pièces suivantes :

1° Pour les personnes physiques, celles mentionnées aux articles R. 123-243 à R. 123-245, aux 1° et 3° de l’article R. 123-246 et aux articles R. 123-247 à R. 123-251 ;

2° Pour les personnes morales, celles mentionnées aux articles R. 123-252 à R. 123-258, aux 1°, 3° et 4° de l’article R. 123-259 et aux articles R. 123-260 à R. 123-266.
