The administrative authority responsible for implementing the data processing service may not keep the information and documents contained in the file beyond a period of two months, starting from the transmission of the file to the competent authority provided for in Article R. 123-30-11.

L’autorité administrative chargée de mettre en œuvre le service informatique ne peut conserver au-delà d’un délai de deux mois, à compter de la transmission du dossier à l’autorité compétente prévue à l’article R. 123-30-11, les renseignements et pièces contenus dans ce dossier.
