Article R123-71-1 of the French Commercial code

Where the Registrar updates the particulars relating to the registration or deletion of an establishment of a company whose registered office is situated in another Member State of the European Union, and which has one of the legal forms listed in Annex 1-3 to this Book, he shall communicate such changes to the competent registrar of the Member State in which the company is registered, by means of the system of interconnection of registers.

Lorsque le greffier met à jour les énonciations relatives à l’immatriculation ou à la radiation d’un établissement d’une société dont le siège social se situe dans un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne, et revêtant une des formes juridiques dont la liste figure à l’annexe 1-3 au présent livre, il communique ces modifications au teneur de registre compétent de l’Etat membre dans lequel la société est immatriculée, au moyen du système d’interconnexion des registres.
