Article R123-72 of the French Commercial code

In the event of the transfer of their registered office, their principal place of business or a secondary place of business within the jurisdiction of another court, registered legal entities shall apply, through the single body mentioned in Article R. 123-1 and, within one month of the transfer:

1° A new registration within the jurisdiction of that court if they were not already registered there on a principal or secondary basis;

2° Otherwise, the conversion of their registration, indicating where necessary the information provided for in articles R. 123-53 à R. 123-61.

En cas de transfert de leur siège, de leur établissement principal ou d’un établissement secondaire dans le ressort d’un autre tribunal, les personnes morales immatriculées demandent, par l’intermédiaire de l’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1 et, dans le délai d’un mois à compter du transfert :

1° Une nouvelle immatriculation dans le ressort de ce tribunal si elles n’y étaient pas déjà immatriculées à titre principal ou secondaire ;

2° Dans le cas contraire, la transformation de leur immatriculation, avec indication en tant que de besoin des renseignements prévus selon le cas aux articles R. 123-53 à R. 123-61.
