Article R123-74 of the French Commercial code

In the event of the transfer to France of the registered office of a European Company registered in another Member State of the European Community or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, the provisions of Article R. 123-72 shall apply.

The registrar in whose jurisdiction the registered office has been transferred shall notify the new registration, within fifteen days of the transfer, to the authority responsible for registration in the State where the company had its registered office.

En cas de transfert en France du siège d’une société européenne immatriculée dans un autre Etat membre de la Communauté européenne ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, les dispositions de l’article R. 123-72 s’appliquent.

Le greffier dans le ressort duquel le siège a été transféré notifie la nouvelle immatriculation, dans les quinze jours de celle-ci, à l’autorité chargée de l’immatriculation dans l’Etat où elle avait son siège.
