Where the company has its registered office in one of the Member States of the European Community or parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, information relating to:
1° The appointment, termination of office and identity of the persons who have the power to bind the company with respect to third parties and to represent it in legal proceedings or who participate in the administration, supervision or control of the company;
2° The amount of subscribed capital;
3° Any transfer of the registered office;
4° the dissolution of the company;
5° a court decision declaring the company null and void;
6° the appointment and identity of the liquidators and their respective powers;
7° the closure of the liquidation and the removal from the register,
may, at its request, be declared to the register in any official language of the Community. In all cases, one of these languages must be French. Where declarations are also made in another language, their translation into French must be certified by the declarants. Only the compulsory publication in French is authentic. Third parties may, however, rely on the translation voluntarily published, unless the company proves that they were aware of the version compulsorily published in French.
