Subject to the provisions of articles R. 123-87 to R. 123-91, registration applications shall bear the signature of the person required to register the company or of his authorised representative who provides proof of his identity and, in the case of the authorised representative, a power of attorney signed by the person required to register the company. A copy of the power of attorney may be provided where electronic transmission is used under the conditions of Article R. 123-77.
This power of attorney is not required where it is clear from the deeds or documents filed in support of the request that the authorised representative has the power to make the declaration.
