Article R123-96 of the French Commercial code

Where the regulations specific to the activity carried out provide that the declaration or application for authorisation is made after registration in the register, the supporting document is provided by the person concerned, through the intermediary of the single body mentioned in article R. 123-1, to the registry within fifteen days of its issue by the competent authority, unless specific provisions provide for the registry to be informed directly by that authority. If the person concerned fails to comply with this time limit, the registrar shall proceed as provided for in the second paragraph of article R. 123-100.

Article R123-96

Lorsque la réglementation particulière à l’activité exercée prévoit que la déclaration ou la demande d’autorisation est effectuée après l’immatriculation au registre, la pièce justificative est fournie par la personne concernée , par l’intermédiaire de l’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1, au greffe dans les quinze jours de sa délivrance par l’autorité compétente, sauf dispositions particulières prévoyant l’information directe du greffe par cette autorité. Faute pour la personne concernée de respecter ce délai, le greffier procède comme il est dit au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 123-100.
