Where the regulations specific to the activity carried out provide that the declaration or application for authorisation is made after registration in the register, the supporting document is provided by the person concerned, through the intermediary of the single body mentioned in article R. 123-1, to the registry within fifteen days of its issue by the competent authority, unless specific provisions provide for the registry to be informed directly by that authority. If the person concerned fails to comply with this time limit, the registrar shall proceed as provided for in the second paragraph of article R. 123-100.
