Article R1242-6 of the French Public Health Code

The health establishments mentioned in the third paragraph of article L. 1233-1, which are not authorised to retrieve tissues, define the terms and conditions of their participation in a retrieval network by means of an agreement with the establishments authorised to carry out such retrievals. These agreements are forwarded to the Director General of the Agence de la biomédecine.

Article R1242-6

Les établissements de santé mentionnés au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 1233-1 qui ne sont pas autorisés à prélever des tissus, définissent par voie de convention avec les établissements autorisés à pratiquer ces prélèvements les modalités de leur participation à un réseau de prélèvement. Ces conventions sont transmises au directeur général de l’agence de la biomédecine.
