Article R1244-6 of the French Public Health Code

In order to comply with the provisions of Article L. 1244-4 :

1° For donations made before the first day of the thirteenth month following the promulgation of Law No 2021-1017 of 2 August 2021 on bioethics, the donor file mentioned in Article R. 1244-5 of this Code shall contain the number of children born as a result of the donation;

2° For donations made after the date mentioned in 1°, the organisations, health establishments and health cooperation groups concerned send the Agence de la biomédecine the information required to implement II of Article L. 2143-3 for each birth resulting from the donation.

Article R1244-6

En vue de se conformer aux dispositions de l’article L. 1244-4 :

1° Pour les dons réalisés avant le premier jour du treizième mois suivant la promulgation de la loi n° 2021-1017 du 2 août 2021 relative à la bioéthique, le dossier du donneur mentionné à l’article R. 1244-5 du présent code contient le nombre d’enfants issus du don ;

2° Pour les dons réalisés après la date mentionnée au 1°, les organismes, établissements de santé et groupements de coopération sanitaire concernés transmettent à l’Agence de la biomédecine les informations nécessaires à la mise en œuvre du II de l’article L. 2143-3 pour chaque naissance issue du don.
