Article R1245-19 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of Section 4 of Chapter V of Title III of this Book are applicable to the entry into and exit from national territory from or to a Member State of the European Union or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, to the import and export of tissues, their derivatives and cells of the human body defined in Article R. 1245-1 for scientific purposes.

Les dispositions de la section 4 du chapitre V du titre III du présent livre sont applicables aux opérations d’entrée et de sortie du territoire national en provenance ou à destination d’un Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, à l’importation et à l’exportation des tissus, de leurs dérivés et des cellules du corps humain définis à l’article R. 1245-1 à des fins scientifiques.
