Article R1261-14 of the French Public Health Code

Only the technical staff of the body reception facility, persons involved in medical teaching and research activities and persons holding express authorisation issued by the head of the body reception facility may access the premises of the said facility and take part in the activities provided there.

They receive appropriate training and information in accordance with the conditions laid down in a joint order issued by the ministers responsible for higher education, research and health.

Seuls les personnels techniques de la structure d’accueil des corps, les personnes concernées par les activités d’enseignement médical et de recherche et les personnes titulaires d’une autorisation expresse délivrée par le responsable de la structure d’accueil des corps peuvent accéder aux locaux de ladite structure et participer aux activités qui y sont dispensées.

Ils reçoivent une formation et une information adaptées dans les conditions prévues par un arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de l’enseignement supérieur, de la recherche et de la santé.
