Article R1261-5 of the French Public Health Code

Apart from the situations provided for in III and IV of article R. 1261-18, the medical teaching and research activities organised within the body reception structure of the establishment authorised in accordance with the second paragraph of article L. 1261-1 must be carried out within a maximum period of two years following the reception of the body in the establishment.

En dehors des situations prévues aux III et IV de l’article R. 1261-18, les activités d’enseignement médical et de recherche organisées au sein de la structure d’accueil des corps de l’établissement autorisé conformément au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1261-1 doivent être réalisées dans un délai maximal de deux ans suivant l’accueil du corps dans l’établissement.
