The prosecuted sworn goods broker is summoned to appear by the public prosecutor at the judicial court. The summoned sworn freight broker or his lawyer may consult his file at the Public Prosecutor’s office. They may be assisted by another sworn goods broker. The court may request any useful information or documents. It may hold any hearings and, if necessary, delegate one of its members for this purpose. The proceedings shall be public. However, the court may decide that they will take place or continue in chambers at the request of the interested party or if the public nature of the proceedings would result in an invasion of privacy or if any disturbance occurs that is likely to disrupt the proper conduct of the proceedings; a mention of this shall be made in the decision.
