Article R131-23 of the French Commercial code

At the request of the public prosecutor at the court of appeal on whose list the sworn goods broker is registered, the disciplinary sanction and the decision to provisionally suspend are brought to the attention of the judicial and consular magistrates within the jurisdiction of this court.

The end of the provisional suspension is brought to the attention of the judicial magistrates and consular magistrates under the same conditions.

A la diligence du procureur général près la cour d’appel sur la liste de laquelle le courtier de marchandises assermenté est inscrit, la sanction disciplinaire et la décision de suspension provisoire sont portées à la connaissance des magistrats judiciaires et des magistrats consulaires du ressort de cette cour.

La fin de la suspension provisoire est portée à la connaissance des magistrats judiciaires et magistrats consulaires dans les mêmes conditions.
