Article R1310-1 of the French Public Health Code

The Regional Prefect shall adopt the provisions necessary to implement the national plan for the prevention of health risks linked to the environment after examining the joint proposals of the Director General of the Regional Health Agency and the Regional Director for the Environment, Planning and Housing. For matters falling within the remit of the Regional Health Agency as defined in articles L. 1431-1 and L. 1431-2, the project approved by the Regional Prefect includes the actions defined by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.

Article R1310-1

Le préfet de région arrête les dispositions nécessaires à la mise en œuvre du plan national de prévention des risques pour la santé liés à l’environnement après examen des propositions concertées du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé et du directeur régional de l’environnement, de l’aménagement et du logement. Pour ce qui relève des compétences de l’agence régionale de santé définies aux articles L. 1431-1 et L. 1431-2, le projet arrêté par le préfet de région reprend les actions définies par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.
