The provisions of this section apply to the use of skin-invasive tattooing techniques, including the permanent make-up technique, and body piercing, with the exception of piercing of the auricle and the wing of the nose when carried out using the ear piercing gun technique.

Les dispositions de la présente section s’appliquent à la mise en œuvre des techniques de tatouage par effraction cutanée, y compris la technique du maquillage permanent, et du perçage corporel, à l’exception du perçage du pavillon de l’oreille et de l’aile du nez quand il est réalisé par la technique du pistolet perce-oreille.
