Article R1312-12 of the French Public Health Code

Legal entities held criminally liable, under the conditions set out in article 121-2 of the Penal Code, for the offences defined in this chapter shall be liable, in addition to a fine in accordance with the procedures set out in article 131-41 of the Penal Code, to the penalty of confiscation of the thing that was used or intended to be used to commit the offence or of the thing that is the product of the offence.

Article R1312-12

Les personnes morales déclarées responsables pénalement, dans les conditions prévues par l’article 121-2 du code pénal, des infractions définies au présent chapitre encourent, outre l’amende suivant les modalités prévues par l’article 131-41 du code pénal, la peine de confiscation de la chose qui a servi ou était destinée à commettre l’infraction ou de la chose qui en est le produit.
