Article R1313-12 of the French Public Health Code

The Chairman sets the agenda on a proposal from the Chief Executive Officer.

Items which one of the supervisory ministers or at least one third of the members of the Board of Directors request to be included on the agenda for the next meeting are automatically included.

Except in cases of urgency, when they are to be discussed, these questions must be tabled at least fifteen days before the date of the meeting of the Board of Directors.

Le président arrête l’ordre du jour sur proposition du directeur général.


Les questions dont l’un des ministres de tutelle ou dont le tiers au moins des membres du conseil d’administration demandent l’inscription à l’ordre du jour de la séance la plus proche y sont inscrites de plein droit.


Sauf en cas d’urgence, lorsqu’elles doivent faire l’objet d’une délibération, ces questions doivent être déposées quinze jours au moins avant la date du conseil d’administration.
