Article R1313-26 of the French Public Health Code

The members of the specialised expert committees set up by the Agency and their chairmen are appointed by decision of the Director General of the establishment, after obtaining the opinion of the Scientific Advisory Board. The operating procedures of the specialised expert committees are laid down in the Agency’s internal rules.

Les membres des comités d’experts spécialisés créés par l’agence et leur président sont nommés par décision du directeur général de l’établissement, après avis du conseil scientifique. Les modalités de fonctionnement des comités d’experts spécialisés sont fixées par le règlement intérieur de l’agence.
