Article R1313-31 of the French Public Health Code

A person subject to the provisions of the second paragraph of article L. 1451-2 must provide information to the public either in writing in the case of an article intended for the written press or disseminated on the Internet, or in writing or orally at the beginning of his speech in the case of a public event or a communication produced for the audiovisual press.

L’information du public par une personne assujettie aux dispositions du second alinéa de l’article L. 1451-2 est réalisée soit de façon écrite lorsqu’il s’agit d’un article destiné à la presse écrite ou diffusé sur internet, soit de façon écrite ou orale au début de son intervention, lorsqu’il s’agit d’une manifestation publique ou d’une communication réalisée pour la presse audiovisuelle.
