Article R1313-9 of the French Public Health Code

The Managing Director, the Budget Controller, the Accounting Officer and the Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board attend meetings of the Board of Directors in an advisory capacity. The Chief Executive Officer may also be assisted by any person of his choice.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors may also invite any person whose presence he considers useful to attend meetings in an advisory capacity.

Le directeur général, le contrôleur budgétaire , l’agent comptable et le président du conseil scientifique assistent aux séances du conseil d’administration avec voix consultative. Le directeur général peut en outre se faire assister de toute personne de son choix.

Le président du conseil d’administration peut également inviter à assister aux séances, avec voix consultative, toute personne dont il estime la présence utile.
