I.-The holder of an authorisation declares to the Prefect any project to modify the installations and operating conditions mentioned in the prefectoral authorisation order and sends him all the information needed to assess the project, prior to its implementation.
The Prefect gives a decision on this declaration within two months, either by issuing an amending order, or by inviting the holder of the authorisation, where appropriate after consulting an approved public health hydrogeologist under the conditions set out in article R. 1321-14, to request a review of the initial authorisation. If no decision is taken within this period, the proposed modification is deemed to have been accepted.
II -A change in the holder of the authorisation, without any change in the operating conditions, must be declared to the Prefect, who will amend the existing authorisation order.
