At the end of each derogation period, a progress report on the work undertaken and the results of the monitoring and control programme implemented during the derogation period is drawn up by the person responsible for the water supply and sent to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, who forwards it to the Prefect with his comments.

A l’issue de chaque période dérogatoire, un bilan de situation portant sur les travaux engagés et sur les résultats du programme de surveillance et de contrôle mis en oeuvre pendant la durée de la dérogation est établi par la personne responsable de la distribution d’eau et transmis au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé qui le communique au préfet avec ses observations.
