The quality limits and references defined in articles R. 1321-2 and R. 1321-3 must be respected or met at the following points of compliance:
1° For water supplied by a distribution network, at the point where, inside premises or an establishment, it leaves the taps normally used for human consumption, except for certain parameters for which specific points are defined by the decrees mentioned in articles R. 1321-2 and R. 1321-3 ;
2° For bottled or contained water, at the points where the water is bottled or contained; for spring water, also at the point of emergence, except for parameters that can be modified by authorised treatment;
3° For water used in a food business, at the point where the water is used in the business;
4° For water used in the manufacture of ice cream, at the point of production of the ice cream and in the finished product;
5° For water supplied from tanks, road tankers or tankers, at the point where it leaves the tank, road tanker or tanker;
6° For water supplied from non-pre-packaged water dispensers supplied by removable containers, at the point where the water leaves the dispenser.
