Packaged spring waters are held for sale, offered for sale, sold or distributed free of charge under one of the following names:

1° “Spring water” ;

2° “Spring water with added carbon dioxide”, which refers to spring water effervesced by the addition of carbon dioxide.

Les eaux de source conditionnées sont détenues en vue de la vente, mises en vente, vendues ou distribuées à titre gratuit, sous l’une des dénominations suivantes :

1° “Eau de source” ;

2° “Eau de source avec adjonction de gaz carbonique” qui désigne une eau de source effervescente par addition de gaz carbonique.
