This chapter applies to the exploitation of natural mineral waters for :

1° Packaging the water or importing it in packaged form;

2° The use of water and its derived products for therapeutic purposes in a spa establishment;

3° The distribution of water in public refreshment areas, outside the context of a spa treatment.

Article R1322-1

Le présent chapitre est applicable à l’exploitation des eaux minérales naturelles pour :

1° Le conditionnement de l’eau ou son importation sous forme conditionnée ;

2° L’utilisation à des fins thérapeutiques dans un établissement thermal de l’eau et de ses produits dérivés ;

3° La distribution en buvette publique de l’eau, en dehors du cadre d’une cure thermale.
