Article R1322-10 of the French Public Health Code

If the installations are not brought into service within five years of the date of notification of the order mentioned in article R. 1322-8 or if operation has been interrupted for more than five consecutive years, the authorisation to operate a natural mineral water is deemed to have lapsed.

Without prejudice to the provisions of article R. 1322-12, if operations are interrupted for more than three consecutive years, a new verification, carried out under the conditions provided for in article R. 1322-9, is carried out before the installations are put back into service.

Article R1322-10
