Article R1322-44-19 of the French Public Health Code

The import authorisation is granted for a period of five years, renewable if it is certified by the authority authorised for this purpose by the country of origin, before the expiry of its validity, that the water meets the requirements of this code.

L’autorisation d’importation est accordée pour une période de cinq ans, renouvelable s’il est certifié par l’autorité habilitée à cet effet par le pays d’origine, avant l’expiration de sa validité, que l’eau répond aux exigences du présent code.
