At the end of the water season, the operator of a mineral water establishment sends the Director General of the Regional Health Agency a statement indicating the number of people who have visited the establishment, as well as statistical information, the nomenclature of which is set by an order of the Minister for Health. This report is sent by the Director General of the agency to the Prefect and the Minister for Health.

A l’issue de la saison des eaux, l’exploitant d’un établissement d’eaux minérales transmet au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé un état indiquant le nombre des personnes qui ont fréquenté l’établissement, ainsi que les renseignements statistiques dont la nomenclature est fixée par un arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé. Cet état est adressé par le directeur général de l’agence au préfet et au ministre chargé de la santé.
