The author of the lead exposure risk report drawn up in application of article L. 1334-5 identifies the elements containing a coating, specifies the lead concentration of these coatings and the analysis method used to measure it and describes the state of conservation of the coatings containing lead, in accordance with a protocol specified by a joint order of the ministers responsible for housing and health. Where appropriate, the inspector will include in the report a list of the factors mentioned in article L. 1334-5 that he has identified as contributing to the deterioration of the building.
When the author of the report sends a copy of the report to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency in application of article L. 1334-10, he informs the owner, the co-owners’ association or the operator of the accommodation.
