Article R1334-12 of the French Public Health Code

A copy of the lead exposure risk report must be provided by the owner or operator of the accommodation in order to inform the occupants and persons required to carry out work, as required by article L. 1334-9 .

The lead exposure risk report is made available by the owner or operator of the accommodation to the agents or departments mentioned in articles L. 1421-1 and L. 1435-7 as well as, where applicable, to the agents responsible for monitoring work regulations and to the agents of the prevention departments of social security organisations.

L’information des occupants et des personnes amenées à exécuter des travaux prévue par l’article L. 1334-9 est réalisée par la remise d’une copie du constat de risque d’exposition au plomb par le propriétaire ou l’exploitant du local d’hébergement.

Le constat de risque d’exposition au plomb est tenu par le propriétaire ou l’exploitant du local d’hébergement à disposition des agents ou services mentionnés aux articles L. 1421-1 et L. 1435-7 ainsi que, le cas échéant, des agents chargés du contrôle de la réglementation du travail et des agents des services de prévention des organismes de sécurité sociale.
