Article R1334-29-7 of the French Public Health Code

The statement mentioning the presence or absence of materials and products containing asbestos provided for in article L. 1334-13 is made up of:

1° In the case of the sale of residential buildings comprising a single dwelling: the report on the identification of materials and products on lists A and B containing asbestos;

2° In the case of the sale of all or part of apartment blocks:

a) Reports on the location of List A and B asbestos-containing materials and products in the private portions of the building that are the subject of the sale;

b) The summary sheet for the common portions of the “asbestos technical file” referred to in article R. 1334-29-5;

3° In the case of the sale of other properties: the summary sheet of the “asbestos technical file” referred to in article R. 1334-29-5.

Article R1334-29-7

L’état mentionnant la présence ou l’absence de matériaux et produits contenant de l’amiante prévu à l’article L. 1334-13 est constitué :

1° Dans le cas de vente d’immeubles d’habitation ne comportant qu’un seul logement : du rapport de repérage des matériaux et produits des listes A et B contenant de l’amiante ;

2° Dans le cas de vente de tout ou partie d’immeubles collectifs d’habitation :

a) Des rapports de repérage des matériaux et produits des listes A et B contenant de l’amiante relatifs aux parties privatives, objet de la vente ;

b) De la fiche récapitulative relative aux parties communes du ” dossier technique amiante ” mentionné à l’article R. 1334-29-5 ;

3° Dans le cas de vente d’autres immeubles : de la fiche récapitulative du ” dossier technique amiante ” mentionné à l’article R. 1334-29-5.
