Article R1334-29-8 of the French Public Health Code

Pursuant to 1° of article L. 1334-15, in the event of non-compliance with the identification obligations defined in articles R. 1334-17 to R. 1334-19, to carry out dust measurements, to monitor the state of conservation of materials, to implement precautionary measures, to carry out removal or containment work or to pass on information, the Prefect may order the owner of all or part of a collective dwelling mentioned in article R. 1334-17 or of a built-up building mentioned in article R. 1334-18 to implement these obligations within a timeframe that he shall set.

Article R1334-29-8

En application du 1° de l’article L. 1334-15, en cas d’inobservation des obligations de repérage définies aux articles R. 1334-17 à R. 1334-19, de réalisation de mesures d’empoussièrement, de surveillance de l’état de conservation des matériaux, de mise en œuvre de mesures conservatoires, de réalisation de travaux de retrait ou de confinement ou de transmission d’information, le préfet peut prescrire au propriétaire de tout ou partie d’un immeuble collectif d’habitation mentionné à l’article R. 1334-17 ou d’un immeuble bâti mentionné à l’article R. 1334-18 de mettre en œuvre ces obligations dans des délais qu’il fixe.
