Article R1335-3 of the French Public Health Code

The persons mentioned in article R. 1335-2 may, by means of an agreement which must be in writing, entrust the elimination of their healthcare and similar waste to another person who is able to carry out these operations. An order by the ministers responsible for the environment and health sets out the stipulations that must be included in these agreements.

Les personnes mentionnées à l’article R. 1335-2 peuvent, par une convention qui doit être écrite, confier l’élimination de leurs déchets d’activités de soins et assimilés à une autre personne qui est en mesure d’effectuer ces opérations. Un arrêté des ministres chargés de l’environnement et de la santé fixe les stipulations que doivent obligatoirement comporter ces conventions.
