Article R1335-8-6 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The waste mentioned in 4° of article R. 1335-8-1 is managed under the following conditions:

1° By way of derogation from the first paragraph of article R. 1335-6, this waste is collected separately in suitable packaging in order to allow its recovery and prevent the risks associated with its collection;

2° By way of derogation from article R. 1335-7, the duration of storage of this waste is adapted to its nature in order to prevent the risks associated with its storage; 3° By way of derogation from article R. 1335-8 and in order to allow its recovery, this waste is collected separately in suitable packaging. 1335-7, the duration of storage of this waste is adapted to its nature in order to prevent the risks associated with its storage;

3° By way of derogation from Article R. 1335-8 and in order to allow its recovery, this waste is subject to specific treatment procedures.

The requirements relating to the packaging intended for the collection of the waste mentioned in 1°, the storage period mentioned in 2° and the methods for treating this waste mentioned in 3° are defined by an order of the ministers responsible for the environment and health.

Article R1335-8-6

I.-Les déchets mentionnés au 4° de l’article R. 1335-8-1 sont gérés dans les conditions suivantes :


1° Par dérogation au premier alinéa de l’article R. 1335-6, ces déchets sont collectés séparément dans des emballages adaptés afin de permettre leur valorisation et prévenir les risques associés à leur collecte ;


2° Par dérogation à l’article R. 1335-7, la durée d’entreposage de ces déchets est adaptée à leur nature afin de prévenir les risques liés à leur entreposage ;


3° Par dérogation à l’article R. 1335-8 et afin de permettre leur valorisation, ces déchets font l’objet de modalités de traitement spécifiques.


Les prescriptions relatives aux emballages destinés à la collecte des déchets mentionnés au 1°, la durée d’entreposage mentionnée au 2° et les modalités de traitement de ces déchets mentionnées au 3° sont définies par un arrêté des ministres chargés de l’environnement et de la santé.
