Article R1336-2 of the French Public Health Code

Checks on the application of the provisions of article R. 1336-1 and the order issued for its application are carried out by the inspection officers mentioned inarticle L. 571-18 of the Environmental Code.

The operator of the site, the producer, the broadcaster who, under a contract, has been given responsibility for the safety of the public or the person legally responsible for the site of the activity taking place there shall make available to the agents responsible for inspection all information and documents relating to the provisions of article R. 1336-1 and those adopted for its application, as well as the provisions of article R. 571-27 of the Environment Code.

Article R1336-2

Les contrôles de l’application des dispositions de l’article R. 1336-1 et de l’arrêté pris pour son application sont réalisés par les agents chargés du contrôle mentionnés à l’article L. 571-18 du code de l’environnement.

L’exploitant du lieu, le producteur, le diffuseur qui dans le cadre d’un contrat a reçu la responsabilité de la sécurité du public ou le responsable légal du lieu de l’activité qui s’y déroule tient à la disposition des agents chargés du contrôle toute information et document relatifs aux dispositions prévues à l’article R. 1336-1 et celles prises pour son application, ainsi qu’aux dispositions de l’article R. 571-27 du code de l’environnement.
