Article R1337-14-5 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of articles R. 173-1 to R. 173-4 of the Environment Code apply under the following conditions when the provisions of article L. 173-12 of the same code in application of article L. 1337-9 of the Public Health Code:

1° The Autorité de sûreté nucléaire is substituted for the préfet de département for the application of I of article R. 173-1 ;

2° The administrative authority mentioned in articles R. 173-3 and R. 173-4 is the French Nuclear Safety Authority.

Article R1337-14-5

Les dispositions des articles R. 173-1 à R. 173-4 du code de l’environnement s’appliquent dans les conditions suivantes lorsque sont mises en œuvre les dispositions de l’article L. 173-12 du même code en application de l’article L. 1337-9 du code de la santé publique :

1° L’Autorité de sûreté nucléaire est substituée au préfet de département pour l’application du I de l’article R. 173-1 ;

2° L’autorité administrative mentionnée aux articles R. 173-3 et R. 173-4 est l’Autorité de sûreté nucléaire.
