Article R1338-6 of the French Public Health Code

In order to prevent the appearance or to combat the proliferation of the species appearing on the list provided for in article L. 1338-1 and which are likely to be harmful to human health, all project owners, project managers and public and private works contractors must comply with the requirements defined by the prefectoral decree referred to in article R. 1338-4 for the design of works and the management and completion of worksites.

Article R1338-6

Afin de prévenir l’apparition ou de lutter contre la prolifération des espèces figurant sur la liste prévue à l’article L. 1338-1 et qui sont de nature à porter atteinte à la santé humaine, tout maître d’ouvrage, maître d’œuvre, entrepreneur de travaux publics et privés se conforme, pour la conception des ouvrages, la conduite et la finition des chantiers, aux prescriptions définies par l’arrêté préfectoral mentionné à l’article R. 1338-4.
