Article R134-11 of the French Commercial code

The deregistration of a registered commercial agent shall be ordered ex officio by any court of the judicial order when that court renders a decision resulting in the incapacity or prohibition of the person concerned from exercising his profession.

This deregistration shall be carried out by the registrar or notified by him to the competent registrar. The registrar who carries out the striking off shall at the same time transmit a file to the electronic one-stop shop implemented by the single body mentioned in Article R. 123-1, in accordance with the provisions of the same article.

Article R134-11

La radiation d’un agent commercial inscrit est ordonnée d’office par toute juridiction de l’ordre judiciaire lorsque cette juridiction rend une décision entraînant pour l’intéressé l’incapacité ou l’interdiction d’exercer sa profession.

Cette radiation est faite par le greffier ou notifiée par lui au greffier compétent. Le greffier qui procède à la radiation transmet concomitamment un dossier auprès du guichet unique électronique mis en œuvre par l’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1, conformément aux dispositions du même article.
