Article R134-13 of the French Commercial code

Declarations concerning the registration of commercial agents, changes to their situation or the cessation of their activity shall be made electronically.

For all the electronic transmissions referred to in the first paragraph, an electronic signature shall be used in accordance with the conditions laid down in article R. 123-5.

The Registrar shall acknowledge receipt, in accordance with the conditions laid down in article R. 123-5.
The Registrar shall acknowledge receipt, in accordance with the procedures laid down in Articles R. 123-6 and R. 123-7, of any transmission made to him.

Article R134-13

Les déclarations relatives à l’immatriculation des agents commerciaux, à la modification de leur situation ou à la cessation de leur activité sont effectuées par voie électronique.

Pour toutes les transmissions par voie électronique mentionnées au premier alinéa, il est fait usage d’une signature électronique dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 123-5.

Le greffier accuse réception, selon les modalités prévues par les articles R. 123-6 et R. 123-7, de toute transmission qui lui est faite.
