The principal shall make available to the commercial agent any useful documentation on the products or services that are the subject of the agency contract. He shall provide the commercial agent with the information necessary for the performance of the contract. He shall notify him within a reasonable time, in particular if he anticipates that the volume of transactions will be significantly lower than that which the commercial agent could normally have expected.
He shall also inform the commercial agent, within a reasonable time, of his acceptance, refusal or non-performance of a transaction that the commercial agent has brought to him.
