Article R134-8 of the French Commercial code

Any commercial agent who ceases to carry on his activity shall apply, via the single body mentioned in article R. 123-1 and within a period of two months, for his registration to be deleted, indicating the date of such cessation. The same obligation is incumbent on a commercial agent who no longer fulfils the conditions laid down in this chapter.

Article R134-8

Tout agent commercial qui cesse d’exercer son activité demande, par l’intermédiaire de l’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1 et dans un délai de deux mois, la radiation de son immatriculation en indiquant la date de cette cessation. La même obligation incombe à l’agent commercial qui ne remplit plus les conditions fixées par le présent chapitre.
