Article R1341-9 of the French Public Health Code

The body referred to in article L. 4411-4 of the Labour Code and the bodies responsible for toxicovigilance ensure that information relating to substances and mixtures is transmitted and updated in accordance with articles R. 1341-2 and R. 1342-13 to the body responsible for managing the information system referred to in article R. 1340-6.

L’organisme mentionné à l’article L. 4411-4 du code du travail et les organismes chargés de la toxicovigilance s’assurent de la transmission des informations relatives aux substances et aux mélanges et de leur actualisation en application des articles R. 1341-2 et R. 1342-13 à l’organisme chargé de la gestion du système d’information mentionné à l’article R. 1340-6.
