Within the Committee, a Technical Section examines the matters placed on the agenda by the Chairman. The Technical Section is responsible for dealing with other matters referred to the Committee, in accordance with the conditions laid down in the Committee’s internal rules.

Au sein du comité, une section technique instruit les dossiers inscrits à l’ordre du jour par le président. La section technique a compétence, dans les conditions fixées par le règlement intérieur du comité, pour traiter les autres dossiers dont le comité est saisi.
